internet problem disappointed

I m new to giffgaff .this me 4th day . I m not go through internet .signal r good but don't no .I set proper setting .
M very disappoint giffgaff look cheap but its two much hastle .no customers service .the agents are doggy .

text the word settings to 2020 this works in some o2 or unlocked phones.

Please post your exact APN settings here if you're still having trouble.

You only have to do this once. It is cheap and will continue to be cheap once you get it working, don't give up Smiley Happy

if you've done the settings?
do manual roaming or reboot the phone restart it
