I am trying to return the faulty iPhone 8. I am logging it for return and get through all the troubleshooting questions. However, when I get to the last stage where I am about to book the return it comes up with the following message "The Find My iPhone option is activated, please deactivate it before returning your device" and it wont go past this to allow me to print off the return sheet. The Find My Phone option is not active. How can I get past this point in order to print off my return sheet.
Thanks in advance

@mbidd10 Don't  worry, in your case, you can bypass that procedure and ask the agent to circumvent the usual requirements.

https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Phones/Returning-my-phone/form/

Explain fully your fault and explain the return form error, as they will be looking at the issue for the first time tomorrow.

They may take up to 24hrs to reply but usually replies are far quicker. That is why it is imperitive that you include as much background info as you possibly can (including IMEI) at the outset.
