jeann14 has a question about I need someone to help me £20 has been deducted from my account to giffgaff and I don’t know where that came from

Gift gaff took £20 from my account and I did not authorise this please can you help me because I am not happy

1. if you have 'recur' goodybag ticked on your gg account that would explain it. But don't worry an agent will soon refund it for you.
Best thing is to log into your account and 'untick' the 'recur' goodybag option if not needed.

Agent replies can take up to 24 hours, however, they're usually much quicker than that. You'll find any Agent replies at https://giffgaff.com/support/questions (you should also get an e-mail when a message is received there).

Are you a giffgaff customer and this relates to your account @jeann14 ?

 

If so follow advice above and contact an agent.

 

If not, report the unauthorised transaction to your bank. It will deal with the matter. You will get nowhere trying to pursue this with giffgaff.

you will have to contact a agent as they are the only ones who can issue a refund try here
