I put £20 on my new simply goody bag sim Saturday 21st October and it's still saying not registered what do I need to do I am still using the same phone what I used before

Hi @johannemorris2017 check if you have a phone number and goodybag showing on your dashboard https://giffgaff.com/dashboard If not make sure the payment went through at https://giffgaff.com/orders/history If the payment has gone through contact the agents using https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/activations

Hi have you been turning phone off/on a few times. Have you logged into your account to see if there is a phone number showing below your username which would indicate that the sim is activated.

Yes I have a phone number and my payment went through it just keeps saying not registered
