lost coverage

Registered my SIM a few days ago and was working fine yesterday once the number had changed over with PAC code etc. Ive now lost all coverage.... What's going on?

has your old number ported over? it wil llose signal during the port

There have been a few questions like yours on the forum this morning. Seems to have been a problem with the trnasfers this week.


Contact the giffgaff agents and report the issue so they can get it sorted for you.

There have been a few issues at the moment and they should be sorted by about 3 /4 o clock.
Just try and be patient and I'm sure everything will be sorted soon!

You can also look here on the notice area on outages or site updates ect, thier seems to be an outage for some areas for 15mins only.
If you dont get up and running after that the cheack the posts for update or just contact an agent.
