lost my phone received replacement sim

I lostlmy phone. IIhave now received my replacement  simscard but how do I keep my existing number with Giffgaff

If you reported your SIM as lost, the one giffgaff send to replace it will already be set up with the same number, credit etc. You may need to contact an agent to activate the SIM for you as they often come blocked for security.

Go to help page and perform a sim swap, this will transfer everything to your new sim.

if you reported your sim lost and requested a replacement sim then your old number and goodybag will be carried forward to the new sim
