Stock levels are a bit erratic

The basics are - phones are marked as out of stock as soon as someone puts it into their basket and the phone is reserved, but not all of those people will complete their purchase all the way, so after 30 minutes that reservation is up, they'll become available again. The best move is to check back later in the day for stock that has been made available again

Price and colour is only available when phone is in stock, nobody can tell you any different.

Phones are stocked every morning early, giffgaff cannot know for sure if that particular model/type of phone you are looking for will be stocked the next day, you would have to keep an eye out on the phone page as giffgaff are trying to stock all latest phones those on high demand first from us giffgaffers.

In order to purchase a phone, please log in first, so we won't ask you to select a goodybag with your phone - if you don't, we will simply ask you to log in later and remove the goodybag you selected. you have the option of changing your goodybag each month.

Any phone you buy from giffgaff is completely unlocked and will stay that way. This applies to iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone - the lot.
