Hi I report my SIM and phone as lost. As I changed my network to a vodafone and I want to keep my old number would you be available to send me my pac code so I can give it to vodadofone?

Hi, you would first need to activate the replacement sim on your account

When did you report your sim lost?
If the sim hasn't arrived after 5 days, contact an agent to send you another replacement sim

Check that your address is correct here

Log in /click here to ask an agent

(if you see a not allowed to access this page message log out first Http://

In the first box, give the address you want the sim posted to

In the second box explain that your replacement sim hasn't arrived and ask for another replacement sim to be sent out

If you have reported your phone/Sim as lost to Giffgaff, you would need to active the replacement Sim giffgaff send you, then (once activation has been completed in full, can take up to 24 hours) you can request your PAC to leave giffgaff and take your number over to Vodafone.  To obtain your PAC from Giffgaff, please dial 43431 from the phone that your Giffgaff SIM card is inserted in and follow the verbal instructions. Giffgaff also have a facility to request a PAC online if that is more convenient for you


You will be sent your Giffgaff PAC via a text within 2 hours between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.


BEFORE YOU LEAVE GIFFGAFF:  Please take a look at your Giffgaff Payment Details and make sure that Recurring Goodybag and Auto Top-up features are switched OFF (disabled). This would prevent future automatic repurchases.  Thank you.
