Yeah I think it'll work as long as the metal plate is intact

If any part of the metal has been messed with i would never send it out just bin it. You dont want to be known as the dodgy sim provider

as long as the "metal' part is intact it will work however try cutting them better for your own reputation.

I don't send any sims out that I have got too close and cut through the metal. There should be a little amount of plastic around the metel part.

Check the die in the cutter it could be worn as they are made from a soft metal. I tend to hold sim in cutter flush so it does not move when stamping out. Sims are usually ok as long as you have a 0.5 - 1mm of plastic around 2 leading edges. Hope this helped

You should always ensure there is a section of white all around the metal part if the sim, I'd in doubt bin it.
