Hey have you checked your settings are right ?
If so could try to restart your phone. Sometimes the settings will take affect after a restart.
I think you need to do this manually,
Internet:
You'll need to complete all the steps below for these settings to work.
The phone has an Optical Trackpad and two soft keys on either side of this.
The Trackpad can also be pressed to select options.
Finally, restart the phone.
MMS:

6. Press Options (left soft key)
7. Highlight Create and Select (press trackpad)
8. Highlight the Set name box and enter giffgaff - MMS
9. Highlight the Home URL box and enter http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002
10. Highlight Bearer and Change (press trackpad)

E is EDGE which is 2.5g
G is prob GPRS which is 2g
E will give you a bit of usability but its not fast so no youtube etc
there is guide for this phone, i'll look
seems martinwallis above is spot on. theres lots of it so double check slowly
the other thing is are there other settings (from t-mobile or Voda etc) you can delete?
you may have to select GG settings in the browser when you connect

Thankyou for that, i filled everything in fine and it still didnt work. However, i worked out what the problem was.
Basically if you buy a phone which isnt unlocked and contracted to 02, this phone will automatically try and connect itself to it everytime. (For example even when you try and connect to giffgaff GPRS through settings - network - connections)

To fix this if you go onto the Internet Browser, select Options - Settings - Preferences, then select Internet Profiles. You'll probably find its selected to the default service provider so select giffgaff GPRS. Also go back a page and do the same with the VOD settings.
The internet should now work!!!! Hope this helps anyone having the same trouble as me.
