my new mobile

Hi my newly purchased 3310 phone arrived today I have activated the sim and purchased a £5 bundle which is active till 6-2-19 however when I try to send a txt or make a call it says message not sent? I have tried to sort this out all day to no avail please please help

Hi, have you tried switching your phone off and on?

From your phone keypad dial *100*7# and press call

What word or words do you see on the phone screen?

Sometimes a SIM can be fully activated in a few minutes and sometimes it can take a few hours. All you can do is frequently turn your fone off/on to see if has been fully activated.

I think you need to reboot the phone,but check your dashboard for credit and a number. This will show whether your account has been activated. If not go here

Try swtiching the phone off for a good 5 mins and then restart it?
