I have a message called "port in request" from the 7th May but I've heard nothing else and when I try the link from that message or ask an agent I just get kicked to the dashboard?!
I have my old sim in (I had my GG sim in with and working) but am still waiting for the "loss of service". My worry is that my PAC code will run out before they port it over!!!
Any advise will me much appreciated.
