uk mail just confirmedthat they lost my parcel. who do i contact to get a new parcel containing my new phone to be sent to me.

Agents can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply. You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which is half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or go here https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

Contact the agents at https://giffgaff.com/support/ask and they will assist you further with this issue. They take a few hours to respond, but during busy periods it can take up to 24 hours to get a response. You will be notified of their responses on your My Giffgaff page. Make sure to give the agents as much information as you can so that your problem is quickly resolved.

This is a terrible news, I hope this gets sorted out for you ASAP, please provide all the information you received from the royal mail to an agent.

UK mail at least accept responsiblty so its not your fault. Giffgaff have you covered inform Agent and replacement should be sorted for you.
