next day delivery is and tracking email is a lie?

So i payed for a pre owned gold iphone 7 yesterday and it said that it will be next day delivery however it has been the next day and i have not got it ,furthermore giffgaff have not even sent me an email for tracking the phone it just keeps on saying processing order when i check on this website

RE delivery
1.It may now arrive on Monday now as it's the weekend.
2.I'd contact the carrier and get an estimate time of delivery
3.SEE GUIDE See to phone deliveries
Delivery times:
Between 19:01 Sunday and 22:00 Monday - Tuesday
Between 22:01 Monday and 22:00 Tuesday - Wednesday
Between 22:01 Tuesday and 22:00 Wednesday - Thursday
Between 22:01 Wednesday and 22:00 Thursday - Friday
Between 22:01 Thursday and 19:00 Sunday – Monday

If you’re not available to accept delivery the person receiving/signing for it must be over 18

4.I'd also contact an agent now to let them know you have no tracking number because the email did not come through

Did you order the phone before 10PM? if so, was it for the full amount or using the loan option?

If you bough the phone using the loan option you are subject to a credit check that is carried out by the RateSetter. The credit check can take up to 24 hours to complete and you will be notified via email if you have been accepted or rejected for the loan. Please check your junk mail in case the email has been flagged as Spam.

Once you get the email from the RateSetter and your loan application is approved, you will need to go back to the giffgaff site and process your order in exactly the same way as you did the first time, using all the same details (make sure to pick the same phone!). Don't worry you will not be charged twice.

The loan will only be finalised when the order is validated and is not valid until you complete your order. Also, check out your order history here https://giffgaff.com/orders/history to verify your order went through.

However, if you bought the phone for the full amount or reconfirmed the loan then i suggest you address this with a giffgaff agent to investigate. I feel your pain. Im in the same boat. I ordered a phone yesterday and this morning I receive a text from DHL saying my 'giffgaff shipment is estimated for delivery' later that day (the 12th). Nothing turned up! I looked at my order confirmation email and the details state my order will be sent via UK MAIL. A little confused now! I don't know who's delivering my phone, and Ive not revised an email about delivery. I've checked the giffgaff website, and it saying 'processing'.

Ok, I don't mind waiting a day or two, but why a DHL text message saying its being delivered today ?
