no internet access

Today I haven't been able to access my Internet at all. I've tried everything to make it work but nothing. The only thing that's coming up is my signal bar. Giffgaff agents still haven't got back to me

Check you have an active goody bag/credit on your dashboard

Try restarting your phone,

check your Internet Settings

Then see here

O2's coverage in your area.

A quick restart and/or a reboot of the device can help you get reception on your phone. Also you could remove your sim and give it a wipe with a clean cloth, then reinsert it.

you could do a manual roam

If these don't help then sometimes you may need to restore the device to factory settings (how it was when you took it out of the box) but then you will need to reinput your internet settings.

Airplane/Offline Mode
Turning the device into airplane/offline mode and back into normal mode can, a lot of the time, get you a bar or two of reception in bad coverage areas but also full reception if it just a temporary network issue!

have you restarted you phone?

I've tried factory reseting my phone and adding Internet settings the the Internet signal still doesn't come up. I'm able to make calls and text but that's it

I've checked the site and everything is fine. An agent told me earlier on that all I had to do was reboot my phone and everything would be fine. Several hours later I still haven't got it!!

Hi pal agents can take upto 24 hours to respond also try resetting network settings
