no sercive in wd62pw borehamwood

Hi Everyone

i have no signal at all where I am and don't know when it will be back. i checked live coverage on o2 web site and it says a mast is not working in your area but does not give any further info.

please advise how i can find out when the service will be back

All you can do is keep checking the network status in your area to see if there are any updates.

O2 engineers sort masts problems so they'll fix it - just sit tight til they fix it.

Nobody here will be able to advise you on that, Since the masts are owned and run by O2, I guess you could call them.

 Since they haven't provided any information on when the problem will be sorted, I doubt that they will be able to help much. Might be worth a try though.

Hi there ...

Not possible to find out further info regarding this.matter ...

I had the same problem and asked an agent who was quite helpful ...

He said when issues like this arise ... coverage is back within an hour ...but could not give more info .
