It says on my iPhone "Your giffgaff balance is £6.50. It's free to call and text anyone who is on giffgaff when you top up by £10 or more every 3 months, so get your mates on board"...

I have no idea what's going on.....

The balance it gives you on your phone is most accurate, it sometimes takes a little while to update on your my giffgaff page, have you been waiting long? Are you wanting to do anything with this airtime credit?
