not happy £36 gone from my account

i tried topping up my £18 goody bag early thismorning around 1 am , i waited about half an hour after it said relax your payment has gone through and still had no internet , ive got up thismoorning and the net was acive but ive  been charge twice for a goodybag and my account on here says ive bought 2 and one is ligned yp for next monththis is so wrong im unemployed and cannot afford it

Hi

you can cancel you qued goodybag by asking an agent

If you want to change/cancel a queued goodybag you have to ask an agent to cancel it here http://giff.ly/agentscancelqueued after which you can queue your desired goodybag (if you want).
