if my giffgaff account was automaticaly stopped on the 16th of this month,how come another 10pounds was taken from my account today the 24th

Please double check your payment details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details to see if you have actual disabled the recurring goodybag and/or auto top up. If you have disabled these options you will need to contact a giffgaff agent regarding billing issues as well processing any refunds.

Hi @taz7 did you cancel any recurring payments?   If you did not then that might be the answer.

 

Visit your account and remove your payment card details, cancel recurring payments and contact 

 an agent about a refund via

Hi  @taz7 

 

If have any auto payment feature set on to a recurring bag or credit then account will top up auto on a bag added when current bag expired and credit when fulls below £3.Can turn these features off if on when not needed https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

If payment was taken out contact an agent for a refund they'll respond in 24 hours
