@bakersean, hi there, contact an agent as they are the only ones that can deal with your account.
Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.

You appear to have set up a recurring goodybag.


Go to and

Cancel / turn off any auto top up and save
Cancel / turn off any recurring goodybag and save
Remove your credit / debit card details and save
Ensure you save the changes

Ask agents for replacement phone or repair and they might be able to refund or stop payments also.
We dont deal in the loans or money side

Sounds like you have your goodybag set to recur so you need to switch that off.

How to cancel your recurring goodybag

Go to: Untick the "Recur your selected goodybag" box and click on "Save recurring settings".
Go back to "My giffgaff" and you'll see that your recurring goodybag has been replaced by the following message " You can switch your goodybag to automatically recur every month".
That's it, your recurring goodybag has been canceled. You'll be able to select a new recurring goodybag by clicking on the "recur" link.

If you ask an agent they might be able to refund you for the goodybag payment that you didn't use.
