Please check the signal in your area by following this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service for the network status or coverage. The network status should give you details of any local issues, including planned work, as well as showing signal strength & outages.

Please remember that the website is updated hourly and may not display any issues at the current moment. If the signal looks all good then you can perform a manual roam Please check out this http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/Force-the-change-of-SMS-settings/ta-p/4871794 guide on how to perform a manual roam.

Also please turn off your mobile device off for a couple of minutes and on again to see if that helps.

Hi, has your sim suddenly stopped working?

Is your phone showing a signal
(signal bars and a connection symbol)

Can you see your remaining minutes when you dial *100*7# ?

Can you call 43430 and 443 ?

Can you see number, balance and goodybag here

Try checking your area signal

Can youtry calling *100*7#. This will display your goodybag allowance



If you do not have remaining goodybag allowance, you will be charged at PAYG rates. Please ensure that you have sufficient credit.

Or try rebooting your phone
