phone not receive

I order one phone and i receive a message that DHL gonna send the colet on 15th but i chage the date of delivery because on that day i wasn't home. And i start to check my track order and i see there that dhl send the phone back to sender. And now they do the direct debit but i don t receive the i don t want to pay for nothing. Somebody can hellp pe with advise?? Thank you!!

remember allow from a few hours up to a maximum time of 24hrs for agents replies which will show here when logged into your account
