problem in using sim

my name is peter manmohan registered with no>**phone_number_removed**  the sim has not been working from 20-4-18 i have already activated my new sim with activation code no is RPZ5JL but neither I call or messages to any one and don't know what is the current no it is>**phone_number_removed** or some new no

when i try to call you it says not registered on net work please transfer my old no>**phone_number_removed** and my plan to new sim please

Hi @paras39
I suggest that you start by checking the giffgaff network status in your area to see if there are any local issues or outages. See this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service

If the signal is fine, you can try manual roaming by following the link to guide below

Also turn your phone off and on again to see if that helps.

If the service looks all good then i suggest you try replacing the SIM card. You can order another FREE SIM from your spread page by following this link https://giffgaff.com/orders/mgm .
And when the new SIM arrives perform a SIM swap. The SIM swap process will transfer your current number and allowances e.g. goodybag and/or airtime credit over to the new SIM. The process should take no more than 30 minutes to complete and can be performed anytime between 4.30am and 9.30pm

Yes I have got an email that we get you soon, how careless this net work agents i am not able to use to use my sim since yesterday and they don't sorted out the problem, I have decided to leave this and go with other network

I have replaced the sim card and have already activated it but it says that not registered in net work
I don't understand what to do or not to do

I have already good bad £7.50 and top up credit £2.40, just renewed before 6 days ago

Hi @paras39 try swapping SIMs with another phone to see if there's a problem with your phone or the giffgaff SIM.
