What day and time did you submit the request to transfer your number? 

I do not work for giffgaff, so cannot check anything on your account. This is a public community - please do not post any personal info.

' @brian3265 if you mean you've transferred your number to giffgaff from another network today it can take up to 9pm latest for all services to fully update try restarting device again to kick start it then check if number you asked to keep shows here

Also if your using and unlocked I phone switch of and on your I messages wait til fully loads when completes do same with your face time settings when all completes restart phone to sync your number and SIM with your I tunes account this is often needed with unlocked I phones when using different network sim cards 

If not and I phone i suggested to leave until 9am the next day then inquire with the agents
