refurbished iPhone 7 repair

Hello 

 

I am trying to get my refurbished iPhone 7 repaired. Bought it the on 25/11/2018 (order #227896942)

 

I have followed the below link:

however in my "order history" there is NO phone to select? I can only see my goodie bags or topups? 

I have already gone to a iPhone Genius Bar consultation and they recommend that its a connectivity issue with the internal antenna (They reset the phone twice and updated the operating system too). This is my only phone for both personal and business, thus I really need it to be fixed/replaced ASAP. 

 

Can you please help

HI there, did you buy it on your conorcronin giffgaff account or have you maybe got another giffgaff account you may have bought it from. Check your email invoice of your order, it may give you a clue too.

Try using this link: https://giffgaff.com/orders/history/others

On that page, either go through the pages, or choose the option to 'Show 100 entries'. This should help you find the purchase. You might have to scroll for a while depending on how many purchases you have made since buying the phone.

 

Also make sure you bought it on this giffgaff account. Maybe you had forgotten to sign in when buying the phone so it is on another account?

 

Also, as @boblog mentioned, check your email invoice for the order to check which account it was bought on and see if you can view the order through there.

Make sure to fully explain the situation to them.

did you buy the phone on this account if not it will be on account you got it from 

 

Or if the phone has developed a fault within the first 30 days you can send the phone back for a replacement see here https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Solve-your-questions/How-to-return-a-faulty-phone-within-the-first...
