How do I go about getting a replacement sim as mine is faulty

You can report your SIM card lost or stolen for then a replacement SIM to be sent out to your address, 1st class postage, Which will already contain your number, goodybags, airtime credit on your account, Their will be a bar placed on your account until you receive this and have activated this, You will then need to contact the agent again to request for this to be lifted from your account,

To retain your mobile number, goodybags, airtime credit on your account, You will need to perform a SIM swap procedure, Which all will transfer over to your NEW sim card here:
