replacement sim

i clicked my sim has been lost/stollen then followed the process that took me back to the home page. Does that mean i have officially ordered a new sim same number? do they send the replacement sim to your address they have, how long if so?

Yes - you'll be sent a replacement SIM to the address listed on your profile.

Tends to take 4-5 working days (bear in mind it's Easter)

 

It will contain your phone number and credit/goodybag

If you

Reported your SIM as Lost/Stolen on the link GG will cancel and kill the old SIM card so no one can use it ever again and will send you a replacement sim card with your account details on the new sim, your same phone number, balance/goodybag etc will already be on the new sim, you can all so block your phone here if you wish, This will block your phone being used on any network in the UK

It will be sent when you ordered (or soon after)

What date approximately did you activate your sim (when did you join giffgaff)

Can you see previous top up,s or goodybag purchases in order history
