roaming not working

Hi I am currently in estonia and roaming is not working. I’ve topped up yesterday. My number is>**phone_number_removed**.

Hi @divonin How long have you been away/abroad for?

 

Has your phone worked at all since you got there please?

 

First make sure your data roaming function on your phone is turned ON for data. 

 
Then check that your data settings or APN settings are as in link below 
 
Make sure also that your Roaming is set to ON in your settings here https://giffgaff.com/call-services

Remember you only get 63 days maximum usage on goody bags roaming within any 4-month period.

Check your roaming settings on your phone and here https://giffgaff.com/call-services then restart your phone to see if that helps.

Reboot your phone and see if it picks up a network. You should have roaming switched on. These networks should be available 

AS EMT (EMT) LTE 2600 Live

AS EMT (EMT) 3G 2100 Live

AS EMT (EMT GSM) GSM 900/1800 Live

Tele2 Eesti AS (Tele2) GSM 900/1800 Live

Tele2 Eesti AS (Tele2) 3G 2100 Live

Elisa Eesti AS (Elisa Eesti) GSM 900/1800 Live

Elisa Eesti AS (Elisa Eesti) 3G 2100 Live

If you can't get data go to settings /mobile networks /advanced and allow data over the mobile networks

Thanks! Ok seems that my roaming id turned off. The last time I was in uk was 1st of May, could you please turn it back on, because I’ve just toped up and I need it urgently!

Sorry, if your Roaming stutus is OFF, it means that you are not eligible for Roam like at home, probably because you have been out of the UK for more than 63 days in the last rolling 4 months period.

If you are a permanent UK resident, you may be able to ask an agent to enable it for you if you can submit documentary proof.  Contact them using the form here:
