Firstly, close your browser, and clear your cookies/cache, if that fails, you could try another browser (though this shouldn't be necessary).

If you don't know how to clear your cache, see here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

If all the above fails to rectify the problem:

Contact an Educator and they will raise a case for you

I've sent a message to the educators to fix your ask agent in box.   This is a known issue with a few accounts and has to be fixed to work.

It could be a local signal problem if you've only had the problem in your current location http://bit.ly/o2status - o2 status checker

However if it's a problem with other areas then it must either be a phone settings or SIM problem.  If you are sure that you have put the settings correctly http://bit.ly/giffgaffiphone4 - How to giffgaff an iPhone 4 and http://bit.ly/giffgaffiphone - How to giffgaff an iPhone 3G/3GS then the best thing is to check with the agents.

They may well suggest that you have a problem SIM and need a replacement http://bit.ly/giffgafflostsim

o2 is saying the network is fine and the settings are correct the only thing i can think is that the phone is jail broken and that might be the problem although its been working fine for days
