hi guys ive got a few problems first of the ask an agent link doesnt work any where nor can i see my inbox to see what an agent wrote when the ask an agent link did work. anyway thats not the main problem!
i changed my mms settings to the giff gaff ones a few picture messages came through however i tried to call out and now am unable. ive reset the settings hoping to go back to how it was before but this doesnt work im still unable to call out or ask an agent directly since the link doesnt work! anyone have any ideas? (ive turned the phone on and off several times)
Firstly, close your browser, and clear your cookies/cache, if that fails, you could try another browser (though this shouldn't be necessary).

However if it's a problem with other areas then it must either be a phone settings or SIM problem.
