I activated a sim card and accidentally topped twice after that can I get a refund or will the extra top ups I've bought carry on for the next 2 months?

If you accidentally topped up too much contact a giffgaff agent and they should be able to process a refund for the extra transactions. You could either keep the extra top up credit for future months and use your airtime credit to purchase goody bags or alternatively....

I can't seem to get a link to the ask an agent it just keeps going to a top up screen?!

That link just takes me to the main page like all the other links I've tried... It might be my phone...

Go into your Browser and clear its cache and history. Then reboot the phone and try again and see if that gets it.
