Tried to buy a goodybag but told to activate sim card put in 13 digit number off card told already activated but still can't get goodybag

It seem that you have logged onto wrong account. Just Send a text to 43430 from your handset with "membername or loginname" and will receive a reply from giffgaff (it can take up to 15 minutes to get the reply back). This reply will include the member name which will then assist with a password reset.

Or, can reset from here: https://giffgaff.com/support/lost-password

Once logged onto correct account then can buy goodybag.
