someone has opened an account using my details fraudulently. what can I do?

As the email was sent to you then it sounds like your giffgaff account is in order.

However maybe you should head over to your account and just check your details are all still as they should be.

Whilst your there you can change your password just to give you peice of mind.


even if the sim card ordered does go some where other than you there is nothing anyone can do that will effect you.

The most that will happen is they will activate it and you will recieve 500 payback points (BONUS)

You can see the total number of SIMs ordered by potential recruits and how many have been activated (excluding SIM swaps). Each new recruit (that activates and tops up their SIM at earns you 500 Payback points. Hurrah.
