talking to an agent

Is there any way to actually talk to an agent? I have three account and problems on two of them that need resolving immediately. My tockets are not getting answered.

Agents can reply within 24 hours. Ther is no number you can call to get through to an agent.

if this is about your ipad trouble then the agents will just send you to the help boards as they cant do anything for you unless your account is not working.

Sorry giffgaff do not have the facility to speak to agents directly

Go to your My giffgaff page and you'll find the "Ask an Agent" link half way down the left hand side. This is where you will also see when an agent has replied to you. Here's a link

I'm having real problems with two seperate accounts. I've tried to explain it in a ticket to the agents and got a response Thanks for your query  [incident # 130918-000114] but have not heard anything back after that. I am trying to send a ticket in explaining the whole thing but it will only let me send specific enquiries and it's not working. I just don;t know what to do except cut my losses (£30 to date) and head off to another phone provider.

If the agent has not replied to you within 24 hours then ask an Educator to chase them up for you

If this is because you bought a goodybag on one sim and a giga bag on the other then you will not get a refund if the bag is active,even tho you dont use it im afraid.
