so we all know what happend the other day with the services going down and yeah it messed alot of people up who depend on the web to get about on google maps n stuff which it did with me. BUT my freinds on giffgaff have received there emails about the compensation i.e the £££ in credit  blah blah blah.. my email is not linked to my account as it was just made up by some shop keeper in thaiwan but i do know my user name and password.. so how do i go about getting my compo?

Head to https://giffgaff.com/profile/details#email to change your email, don't forget to save, emails are just being sent (some have received information , some haven't) out so unsure as to whether your message has gone to the old email you're unaware of, you should change your email first THEN contact the agent to see if they can re-send the information to your new email.
