top-up problem.

Hi, guys.

I topped-up by voucher yesterday, but it haven't topped up until now.

I did top-up again by the voucher, and then the website says "the voucher code is not valid".

can you tell me what should I do, please?

Hi, if you bought the voucher yesterday and its still not valid today you should contact the agents at

Sometimes vouchers can take a few hours and attempts before they work.

Hi sometimes you get this message. Just keep trying to use the voucher after a few times you should get it to work.
