top up voucher

When i try to top up my voucher on line, at first it said am sorry this page is not available. When i tried it a day later it said this voucher has already been used i am deeply stressed out about it because i have spent hours on the internet trying to top up.

Can you see any reference to a payment here https://giffgaff.com/account

 

Is your phone number displayed in My giffgaff? Don't post the number, just check if it's there.

 

Are you sure that you're in the right account? If your SIM is activated and youhave you phone number on your dashboard, then double check by texting the word USERNAME to 43430 and you'll receive confirmation of the username for that SIM in about 10 minutes or less.

If your top has failed then you may need to contact an agent to verify your voucher. There is a guide here

Dial *100# as this method of finding out your balance is more reliable as it doesn't rely on data signals.

Sometimes vouchers take some attempts until they are accepted. Keep trying to enter the code and it will eventually go through.

Dial 43430 free from your phone to redeem your voucher. Double-check your payment history section just in case to see if your voucher payment was complete.

Have you been using your SIM up to now?

Have you only just registered your SIM for activation?

Is your phone number showing on your dashboard?

 

Give as much information as you can.
