Yoi can ask the agents, but gg don't refund credit.
To raise a case the agents,go to Help on your my giffgaff page, then click Ask an Agent from the links on the page.

The agents will get back to you within 24 hours, and in some cases tell you it will take 5 working days to look into it.

Or see the link below for different links on how to contact an agent from the giffgaff knowledge base.

If you have problems, try a different browser, ie Chrome, Firefox. Or use the link below,

http://j.mp/agentsgaff

And choose 30 in the drop down box. And then write the specific nature of your issue in the text box provided.

Hi james, sorry to hear about that

Your best bet would be to explain your situation to the agents as only they will be able to help you out. Agents do not normally refund credit, but keep your fingers crossed. You can contact the agents by clicking on this link: http://giffgaff.com/support/ask

If you need help unlocking your device, you can consult the unlockepedia which gives a rough comparison of different providers offering unlocking services along with prices and reviews. While you can get this from other sites, the list of sites on the unlockepedia is more reliable. You can visit the unlockepedia by clicking on this link: http://giffgaff.com/unlock

You can also get the network your phone is locked, to remove the lock but this will be a bit more expensive. (For instance, if its locked to vodafone, getting vodafone to remove the lock)

Good luck!

No mate No refunds for that reason.

You can get the phone unlocked
Please try to check Here - http://giffgaff.com/unlock . If you are not successful, I would recommend either you take it to a local shop and get it unlocked (they will charge you around 10 quids... do not pay more) or you can as well visit online websites to do it your self @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaQxqM3MYns

You can confirm what has been purchased in your Order History: https://giffgaff.com/orders/history

If it is wrong, you can contact an agent for a refund- https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/incorrect_balance

Agents can take up to 24 hours to reply but are often much quicker. Replies from agents are found here: https://giffgaff.com/support/questions
