I topped up accidentally 3 times any way I can cancel the 2 extra payments and keep one that I need? ?

@inayiakhan786 hi there - If you managed to accidentally top up extra please contact a giffgaff agent and they will be able to investigate and process you a refund for the extra 2 transactions.

please beware a giffgaff agent can take up to 24 hours to reply to your query.

Ask an agent here: https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/Cancelling-a-goodybag-or-top-up-... Agents work from 08:00 to 23:00 hours. Agents can take up to 24 hours to respond but are generally a lot quicker. Agents replies are found here: http://giffgaff.com/support/questions

Hi @inayiakhan786 Please check your payment history to see if all three charges show on your account here http://giffgaff.com/orders/history then raise a ticket with an agent to check this out for you. They will issue a refund where necessary 

 

 
In the box, detail your issue and it will be picked up. 
 
Agents will respond within 24hrs.
