Hi I accidentally added credit to my account when I didn’t need to and it wasn’t due as I just topped it up, so I did it twice lol! How can I be refunded that money on my account which is sitting in my top up?

Speak to an agent for refund issues:

Allow 24 hrs for a response, but usually much quicker.

Please contact an agent as they are the only ones that can deal with your account they will look into it for you

@riah99 I am not sure how you stand for a refund, but its a a matter for a giffgaff agent which you can find by scrolling down nearly to the bottom of your dashboard page and in the section about messages and agents click on the word support in bold type then choose a category. Agents can take up to 24hrs to reply so be patient and if you resubmit your request it will start off from square one
