topd up 2 weeks ago and not received goodbag

There has been a problem with the goodybags today. The agents are aware of it and trying to do their best in fixing it asap.

do you mean you queued a bag and the old one has expired and the new one hasn't kicked in?

 

what does it say in 'my giffgaff' about the bag?

When will it be fixed, am struggling without my minutes and txts, and I need web on the go, iv had alot of problems because I have not been able to contact anyone, its not what I expected from the networ.
