topped up the wrong number

Hi 

I topped up my daughter's phone with a £20 goodybag last night on her old account which is this one. How do  I get a refund as the sim is no longer being used. She has a different giff gaff number which I am about to top up via my own giffgaff account

You could try speaking to an agent explaining the error and they may transfer if for you. Otherwise you could order a sim to activate for this account until the £20 is used.

Hi An agent may remove the top up /goodybag and refund as airtime credit back to your correct account but it's at their discretion

Put the details of your mistake and request in the box provided
Also give the agent the username and number you intended to top up

If the agent agrees to remove the bag, watch out for an email and a text alert to indicate the bag has been removed and the credit refunded

You copy this in to support/ask and ask for a refund. Only an agent can do this and it must go back into the bank account from whence it came
