Hi all, moved from 3 network to giffgaff yesterday and cant seem to get my voucher to work or my sim, my iphone 4 is unlocked to any network and i can see the 02 bar graph so i have a signal, i also have a pac code fom my previous provider but can seem to activate my sim.
Also am i able to buy a goodybag with my topup/ reading around it seems i need to waste this £10 just to activate my sim then i need to buy more airtime to get a goodybag..am i correct there or am i missing something, sorry if i am

Is your airtime credit displayed on your dashboard at the moment?
Can you see your phone number displayed on your dashboard (don't post your number, just check that it's there)?

I cant see my number while logged in, i dont even know what the number of this sim is haha but i am going to port my old number, but i know what you mean as a test so no cant see that or credit but maybe i am not looking at the dashboard propery..
