fornearly 6 days i have had my first giffgaff voucher to be redeemed for first time online - i have had not bin able to access the page - compensation please now £20 in a call box which is a£ a no money till thursday

ask a agent to look into it for you. they can take 24 h to reply
if they can they will refund you

Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.
