Yes I have tried logging in with all different things but is getting really annoying now as I've been doing this since 10.30 this morning and still haven't been able to speak to anyone regarding this.... they should really get a contact number in errors for this kind of thing happening if only way to contact is through here and agent option is unavailable.

Is it essential that you have a £20 goodybag? Do you always use up 9gb befote the end of the month?

And does that happen quite early in the month or thwarts the end?

Yes its needed as I work from my phone hence why I was opting for the £20 bundle. I'm using an old phone just now (s4 mini) but have used this before to contact an agent so I know it's not my handset

Have you tried using puffin browser on your s4,?. It would be surprising if the agent links don't proccess with that

On average how long would it take for the 9gb to be used up?
