transfered number to another network and recieved an email stating myh goodybag was charged.

I used the PAC number you provided to transfer my number to another network. I have now recieved a message from giff gaff telling me my goodybag that was due on the 17th was updated today 11th and will reacur on March 11th.


I want to request a full refund on any charges that have been made. I had expressed before that I was unhappy with your network and its supposidley "unlimited" policy, this lead me to find a new network provider.


Please address this matter immediatley.

Then inquire with the agents here please



Allow up to 24 hrs for replies although usual time frame is 3to5hrs 


agents work from 8am to 11pm daily 


the agents will reply via here 


Once agents get back to you Go back to the payments page and delete card details of and click save my details

Hello you need to contact agents for refunds that’s upto them to decide

We can’t see your account only agents can , contact the agents on this link to sort your problem out they can see what happened


Only you can change settings giffgaff can’t ,

you must leave the card payment was taken from for goodybag as refunds can only go on that card it takes upto 5 working days to reach your bank card 


you must after recieving any refund do this 

you need to remove any card details here
Also turn off reacure goodybag and auto topup off on same link ,
When you make changes after scroll down to save settings

Sim will deactivate after 6 months of none use ,

If you want to take your number to another network get your PAC code from giffgaff and give it to new network ,for PAC either dial 43431 or online

Once requested the PAC code will be sent within 10 minutes via text message or you can view the PAC Code instantly on your dashboard here

Your PAC Code is valid for 30 days, please use up any remaining airtime credit, goodybag/gigabag allowances on your account as the allowances cannot be refunded unless you joined giffgaff in last 14 daynnn , cancel account here for refund

You can donate your credit to charity if you want
