unkown credit

Hi, i have recently joined giffgaff. and for some reasons in the last two days about 14 pounds have disappeared from my account, but on my usage tab, there is no sign of where these 14 pounds might have been spent. what shall i do? can someone explain me how to find out, where my airtime credit was spent?

Hi there, please check if you have any apps running in the background as this can eat your data as apps are constantly being updated, turn off mobile 📱 data when not using it.

LOST CREDIT GUIDE
Hi this happens a lot with smartphones, if you don't want your Credit Balance to disappear unexpectedly or your Data Allowance to be eaten away. Make sure your "MOBILE DATA..IS SWITCHED OFF" .When not needed, If it's switched to On...Apps will update in the back ground and can use up all your data allowance and then it will switch to trying to use your credit balance to buy data to download app updates.  Make sure you set your phone to "ONLY USE WIFI TO UPDATE" as this will save you data and money.

Dial *100# for Credit Balance & *100*7# for Goodybag Status/Call Allowance.

In your airtime credit usage Is there a charge on the premium text total?

Hi....ask an agent where the credit has gone....have you had any scam texts off company as these will take credit.

if data was used on my mobile, why does it not show on my usage tab, on my online account?
