updating goodybag!!!! no goodybag activated

My payment history said that the order for a £10 goodybag has been delievered, yet i do not have the goodybag purchased confirmation text on my phone nor on my giffgaff account online. My newsfeed says goodybag started but my top up section says updating goodybag since last night.
When will I get my £10 goodybag that was mean to start midnight of 15th august???

Hey

 

I am having the same problem, my £15 goodybag was supossed to start at midnight, had a few replies back to my query saying they think there is an issue and raise it with an agent as there has been problems with goodybags all weekend Smiley Sad

Same problem here - make sure that you've asked an agent to fix it for you (links above).

 

Clearly something is broken in the goodybag ordering system at the moment.
