UPDATE 21:22


We're continuing to test, but it looks like the engineers have found the root cause - the problem was that part of our system had stopped communicating with our network nodes. They're working on bringing this back up and I'll let you know what's what shortly.

There has been issues with giffgaff today regarding goodybags, account balance, buying goodybags and outgoing calls + text. Giffgaff is trying to fix it now. So please be patient Smiley Happy It should be sorted in a day or two.

I understand the problems but my balance is now showing i have £19.86 and it was blank earlier etc, but my £20 GB is still pending so when the problem is fixed will i still get what ive ordered as i am 14p short some how
