Tethering :
Tethering is using the giffgaff sim card to access the internet on any device other than your phone.
if the sim card is in a dongle, into a laptop thats tethering.
if you use your phone as a wifi hotspot, its tethering.
if you use you phone as a modem via usb... thats tethering.
its fine to watch videos, youtube, etc... as long as it REMAINS on your phone... not on a laptop / pc / ipad, etc.

Tethering is when you make use of your phone data and stream it to your laptop or usb and use your phone as the modem to go on the internet on your laptop/pc!
