i feel like i have been ripped off by giff gaff

 

went to every local paypoint for a £25 bundle but nowhere sells £25 bundles

 

all i could do to activate my sim was buy a £10 vocher

 

so now to get a £25bundle i have to purchase that aswell? what a joke

 

makin me put £35 on the fone to get the bundle i want, ontop of that, who do u talk to about ur issues??

Shops don't sell bundles, they sell vouchers. You convert to goodybags online.

 

You need to add £25 of credit to your phone. You can do this with giffgaff or O2 vouchers. Some shops just don't realise they have the giffgaff vouchers, but if you can't find them, use o2 vouchers.
Once the credit is on, you convert the credit to whichever goodybag you want on the topup page

Alternatively, just buy the goodybag directly with a credit or debit card
